The location was very good. Only a short walk from places like the Natural History Museum and restaurants or an underground station. Having someone on reception all the time was very helpful for checking in and out and information during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable in a quiet location which was important to us. The price was also very good compared with other places in the area. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Fulfilled our requirements for an overnight stay. Some guests may find the room rather small for a longer stay. Loved hearing a fox call nearby during the night.

Altogether very decent, but nothing extra special. The hotel was reasonably close to Gloucester Road Subway station (~300 m), which was really practical: the Piccadilly, Central and District lines are key lines to many tourist attractions as well as to the Heathrow airport. By subway, the hotel was from reasonable distance from city centre, but the area was nice and relatively quiet. Rooms were okay, same was breakfast. Little children had free breakfast which was nice. Luggage storage worked well. I wouldn't recommend for spending time at the hotel but it was very feasible for exploring London.

It is excellent value for money in a quiet location. 20 minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall, lots of restaurants nearby. There was unlimited tea/coffee etc that you could pick up from reception. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It's a very basic hotel but it ticks every box for the price. Sometimes cheap hotels in London can be disgusting to say the least but this certainly isn't one of them. I'd stay here again and recommend!

Good location, central for everything, staff were friendly & helpful, provided everything I needed for my work stay. Was exactly as I expected. Beds were comfortable and a good night's sleep was had. I would definitely stay there again if staying in London for work or pleasure. Basic accommodation but it was enough for me. Good value for money. If you want to stay in London to sightsee this would be a great place to stay.

I loved everything about this property…It’s definitely not the Ritz but for Kensington area, and what we paid, it was excellent value for money. The rooms are not huge but extremely clean and comfortable and the service from reception staff was fabulous - very polite and helpful. it’s in an excellent location up a fairly quiet street but close enough to everything you need.
